Group Visit Request Form

Thank you for your interest in visiting Salve Regina! We look forward to welcoming your group to campus. In order to have the best experience, please follow these general guidelines:

Due to the high volume of requests, please allow at least three weeks notice for all group visit requests.
Dates are limited due to a high volume of visitors during some periods of the year, student ambassador test schedules and availability as well as conflicts with events on campus. Unfortunately, we are not able to make exceptions. This allows us to best accommodate your group and offer a positive experience.
Please be on time. A 15-minute grace period will be offered to groups who may be running late for any reason. After this time, we can’t guarantee a student ambassador will be available for your visit.
