Undergraduate Request for Reactivation

If you have applied to Salve Regina University within the past three years, please submit a completed Request for Reactivation form and the required documents listed below to Salve Regina University's Office of Admission, 100 Ochre Point Ave, Newport, RI 02840. Upon receipt of all materials, your previous application for admission will be reactivated.

Required Documents:

Official college/university transcripts (if applicable) from each institution where you have completed or are currently enrolled in coursework. Official transcripts should be sent at the close of each semester.
Registrar Report (formerly called the College Official’s Report) from each college/university you have attended. The form is available online at https://salve.edu/document/college-report.
Any application requirements not previously submitted (i.e. official high school transcript with final senior grades; 1 letter of recommendation, etc.) The submission of SAT or ACT scores is optional at Salve Regina University but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for students applying to Education programs. (We realize there are unique challenges for testing this year). Students previously denied admission to Salve Regina must submit one additional letter of recommendation from a recent college professor.

Once your application and all supporting documents are received, a decision will be mailed in approximately 2-4 weeks.

Note: If you are currently enrolled in courses, we may ask for a Mid-Semester Grade Report before making an admission decision. To be considered for admission, students must be in good standing and eligible to return to their prior institutions.
