The Combined Bachelor's/Master's Five-Year Pathway allows Salve students to complete a master's degree program within one year of graduation from their undergraduate program.

Students in the five-year pathway complete four graduate courses during their senior year, two of which may count toward credit requirements for the undergraduate program. This pathway offers flat-rate tuition for the fifth year and allows students to retain the services they had as undergraduate students (i.e. counseling, career, health services). Please note that students must be enrolled at Salve all 4 years as an undergraduate to be eligible for the Five-Year Pathway.

Students in the five-year pathway matriculate into their master's degree program upon graduation from their undergraduate program and are required to take four courses in each semester of their fifth year. Students who elect to discontinue the five-year pathway revert to traditional graduate student status for the remainder of their enrollment and pay standard tuition rates for their graduate degree.
The Combined Bachelor's/Master's Accelerated Pathway allows Salve students to begin a master's degree program while they are still completing their undergraduate program.

Students in the accelerated pathway complete 2-4 graduate courses during their senior year. Once students  matriculate into their master's degree program upon conferral of their undergraduate degree, they pay standard tuition rates for their graduate degree and no longer receive services available to them as an undergraduate (i.e. counseling, career, health services).

Please note that you may be contacted for an interview once you have completed and submitted your application. This is a required part of the application process.
Please note that certain certificates cannot be obtained at the same time as a master's degree. If you have questions about this, please contact admissions.
