In-Person Campus Tours

Thank you for your interest in visiting Salve Regina University. Tours are by reservation only and must be made at least 25 hours in advance to allow for a 24 hour health screen. Due to the end of the academic semester, tours will conclude on April 23 and resume after Memorial Day.

Alternatively, if you would like to take advantage of our
self-guided walking tour you are welcome to do so understanding that you are not permitted to enter any buildings. We kindly ask that you still wear a mask covering nose and mouth while visiting campus.

If you would like to arrange a virtual one-on-one video chat or phone call you can do so by finding
    your admissions counselor here.

Salve Regina University looks forward to welcoming families to campus for tours of our one-of-a-kind oceanfront campus.  The University takes seriously concerns about health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Please carefully review the following guidelines for visiting campus that have been put in place to protect you and our campus community:
    • Families planning to visit Salve Regina University should consult the Rhode Island Department of Health travel guidelines to determine their eligibility for travel into the state.
    • Prior to your visit to campus, families will receive a screening questionnaire to help them determine if they will be allowed to tour campus.  Families whose questionnaire responses would disqualify them from participating in an in-person campus tour are asked to reschedule their campus tour.
    • Upon arrival to campus, all visitors will complete a COVID-19 health screening and temperature check before they exit their vehicle.  Visitors whose results would disqualify them from participating in an in-person campus tour will unfortunately be asked to leave campus.  PLEASE DO NOT COME TO CAMPUS IF YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PASS THE COVID-19 HEALTH SCREEN AND TEMPERATURE CHECK.
For the protection of your family and of our campus community, while on Campus all visitors are expected to follow these health and safety protocols:
    • Wear a mask at all times.
    • Stay with your group.  Group sizes are being kept small in keeping with state guidelines.
    • Observe appropriate social distancing (6 feet between non-related persons).
Salve Regina University has worked hard to provide a safe environment for visitors and our community, maintaining a COVID-19 positivity rate of less than 1%.  We have done so by providing the following safeguards:
    • Required masking and social distancing.
    • Enhanced sanitation of buildings and surfaces.
    • Building and room occupancy restrictions.
    • Hand sanitizer stations throughout campus.
    • Regular surveillance testing of the campus community.
We appreciate your compliance with these safety measures.  Salve Regina University views adherence to these guidelines designed to protect all people on our campus as being reflective of our University Mission; to work for a world that is harmonious, just, and merciful.
